A team is greater than the sum of its parts. Ideally. So often this isn’t the case.
There may be a lack of clarity of purpose, of roles and responsibilities, of goals and KPIs. Or there may be poor communication, lack of prioritization, ineffective meetings and decision-making. People may be in roles that don’t suit them. And behaviors that don’t foster an environment of trust and cohesion may be present.
Each one of these impacts the team’s ability to be successful today, and to weather storms, like change, when they occur.
